內容 | Workshop II： 3. Trauma and Childhood: Bonding and Bodywork * Mini-lecture: Attachment theory, infant mental health, and the Body * Group participation: Bioenergetic exercises for self-regulation. * Group Participation: Dyad work with specific bonding assessment-sound, sight, touch. (a technique for assessing sensory preferences designed by the teacher from her research on infant and mother bonding) * Case Interventions: individual work; discussion. 4. Trauma and Adulthood: Recovery of the Sexual Self * Mini-lecture: Charging, containing and self-possession in the Body * Group participation: Bioenergetic exercises to ground in the pelvic floor * Demonstration: Resourcing positive memories to strengthen adult self * Case Interventions: individual work; discussion; closure. |
