內容 | Workshop I： 1. Trauma and the Body world: Reclaiming Aliveness * Mini-lecture: What is Bioenergetics? Brief history of theory and concepts. How chronic tension patterns in the body block emotional awareness and expression, which leads to anxiety, depression, and lack of joy in life. * Group participation: Bioenergetic exercises, grounding and breathing. * Demonstration: Illustration of breathing holding patterns; Releasing and opening to increase breathing and aliveness. * Case Interventions: dyad work; individual work; discussion. 2. Trauma Releasing Exercises: Letting go of Traumatic Stress * Mini-lecture: Addressing developmental (childhood) trauma versus shock (situational) trauma; * Group participation: Trauma releasing exercises. * Demonstration: Illustration relating to neuroscience and trauma * Case Interventions: individual work on trauma; discussion. |
